We accept payment via PAYPAL and we offer REFUNDS if you are not happy with your purchases.
The following terms and conditions apply:
- Products must be returned only with prior authorisation.
- Defective products must be returned at customer's expense within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are made via paypal, upon us successfully receiving the returned product to us.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable UNLESS we made an error either with the shipping address or incorrect item to the customer.
