Products to be returned with prior authorisation
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable UNLESS we made an error by shipping to a wrong address or sending an incorrect product. In cases like this, customer is to send an email to us for further instructions. Refunds will be made subsequently.

What if my purchase is defective?
A customer must return defective products at their expense within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How long does shipping takes?
